Our Team

Shari McCullough-Arfons - President

Shari founded McCullough PR in 1989 and most enjoys talking with clients and media members every day. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in Communications and a master's degree from Kent State University.

Casey Milano - Account Executive

Prior to joining McCullough PR, Casey was an editor at Aftermarket Business magazine. She excels at writing trade articles and is a graduate of Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism with a bachelor's degree in magazine journalism.

Becky Shephard - Creative Services Specialist

Becky oversees the agency's internal activities, graphic design needs and proprietary MediaManager database system while working quickly to answer media inquiries. She has an associate's degree in Management and Business Administration from Hammel College.
